The Vaginismus-Free Programme is designed to give you the knowledge, skills and guidance needed to overcome vaginismus. These terms explain what you can expect from us and how to get the most from the programme. 

Kickstarter Session

For the greatest benefit, we recommend booking your Kickstarter coaching session in line with completing Modules 1 and 2. By this stage, you'll have the knowledge and understanding needed to get the most from your session.

Your Kickstarter coaching session should normally be used within 12 months of joining the programme unless otherwise agreed. Unused sessions after this time will normally be forfeited.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your session, please give at least 24 hours' notice where possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited. Genuine emergencies and sudden illness will, of course, be considered sympathetically.

Fees and Payments

Your fee includes:

  • Unlimited access to the Vaginismus-Free Programme.
  • One 1-to-1 Kickstarter coaching session.

Payment may be made in full or by instalments. Instalment payments remain payable even if you choose not to continue with the programme.

Refunds

If you've fully engaged with the programme and genuinely feel it isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing cara@caramason.co.uk.

Refunds are available only where a genuine effort has been made to follow the programme. Once a refund has been processed, access to the programme will be removed.

Please note that we cannot provide crisis support or emergency mental health services.
